According to the Medicines and Related Substance Act, NO MEDICINES ARE RETURNABLE FOR CREDIT. The ruling has been made for Health and Safety reasons and is in your best interests. MHW can face criminal prosecution if this law is not complied with.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only within the first 7 days of purchase.
Unopened Products: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required to process any refund requests.
